From August 23 to 24, in order to improve team cohesion, execution and combat effectiveness, and cultivate team spirit of mutual cooperation and mutual support, Fengle Perfume organized two days of outdoor development training for employees in 2018 in Zipeng Mountain,Feixi county.More than 30 employees from various departments attended the training.

During the two days of outward training, the participants, while sweating, remained active and engaged at their best.In this training, the participants were randomly divided into two teams. Through collective discussion, the team name, team leader, team secretary, flag bearer, team flag, team song and slogan were determined.The two teams completed five expansion projects successively in the fierce competition,covering a number of topics including team building, team implementation,potential breakthrough and gratitude agglomeration.In the whole training process, no one left behind, everyone took on the responsibility for the team,winning spirit for the honor, and demonstrated the spirit of Fengle Perfume.
